Give a Howl: Donate. Share. Shape the Future!

The University of West Georgia is excited to launch Give a Howl, our spring crowdfunding campaign from Monday, April 14 through Monday, April 28! This is your chance to make a direct impact on the future of UWG by supporting the college or school that means the most to you. Whether you're a proud graduate of the Richards College of Business or another area of UWG, your gift will help shape the experiences of our students and inspire the next generation of Wolves!

The best part? There’s a friendly competition between each college and school to see who can raise the most funds by the end of the campaign! So, make your donation, spread the word, and share the Give a Howl campaign with your social networks. Let's show our Wolf Pack pride and come together to make a difference!

Your gift – no matter the size – helps UWG thrive and ensures the success of current and future students. Let’s donate, share, and shape the future

We're howling for these accolades of the Richards College of Business:

The Finance Club kicked off the Wolves of Wall Street Panel in Jan. 2025. This event featured an impressive lineup of industry leaders, including Kevin Blair (CEO of Synovus Bank), Keats Baldwin (Executive Director at JP Morgan), Alan McKnight (Chief Investment Officer at Regions Bank), William Crawford (CEO of Pacolet Milliken), Dylan Suth (Associate Director at Patterson Realty Group Advisors), and David Mayo (Head of Fixed Income at Security Capital). They shared invaluable insights into the complexities of the financial world, offering students a rare glimpse into the strategies and challenges top professionals face in their career.

The Richards College of Business held its Annual Economic Forecast Breakfast, welcoming both new and returning community and business leaders from Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, Haralson, Paulding, and Polk Counties. The event focused on the latest economic trends in West Georgia and the growing influence of AI on the future of business.

The Stone Center for Family Business, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation hosted its Annual Wolf Den Pitch Competition in Fall, 2024. Following a rigorous 10-week boot camp, six talented students advanced to the final competition to pitch their innovative business ideas to a panel of judges from various companies, competing for up to $5,000 in prize money.
